It is not any ordinary store. It is not really bla blah blah either. That means it is not like really gross. It is not really gross because there are no flies in there. How many houses have you been too that make Tortillas the Nicaraguan way? None I think! Because there are no Nicaraguan shops in Canada!
Unless you’ve been to Nicaragua.
First you soak the corn in hot water. Then you grind the corn into a mash. Then you put our hand on the pad, shaping it with our hands. Then we cook it on a fire.
But in Canada we would cook it in an oven instead of over a fire, or on the stove.
The ladies work very hard.
They get up at 3 in the morning and make Tortillas for their customers all day long.
